dsmasq is daemon providing automatic IP assignment (DHCP) and network name resolution (DNS) for your network.
DNS and DHCP can be enabled via the Webinterface at Administration -> Network -> LAN and are only available for static IP address setups.
All DHCP clients are automatically resolvable via DNS. If you like to add additional names to DNS just edit the /etc/hosts file on your B3.
